How long will it take to get my order?

All orders on johnmastersorganics.co.uk are processed as quickly as possible, often within 48 hours. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Our orders ship from within the UK and typically take 1-5 business days to be delivered once they have been processed and shipped out. Please note, the number of transit days is not guaranteed by the courier. Any charges made by local customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

ATM Organics will offer a refund on unopened items returned to us within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-salable condition. We will issue a refund (excluding delivery fees) within 14 working days of receipt.

Package items securely in the same or similar packaging in which you received them. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you return your package by Recorded Delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as ATM Organics is not liable for lost returned parcels. We are not liable for the cost of returning any goods. The address for returns is:

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods unless they are faulty. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Your refund will be made by the original payment method.

WITHOUT EXCEPTION WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED OR USED ITEMS.

Damaged or wrong items

We recommend that you inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged or sent in error please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You will be asked to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging if possible.

Can I order products outside of the UK?

This website does not accept international orders. Fortunately, we have distributors across the globe who sell our products.

Are your products certified organic?

All of our products meet the more than 70% organic content threshold established by the USDA’s National Organic Program for Cosmetics, Body Care Products and Personal Care Products for the “Made with Organic Ingredients” labeling category. Products that contain 95% or more organic content display the USDA certified organic seal on the bottle.

Are your products tested on animals?

None of our ingredients or products are tested on animals and we are recognized by PETA.

Are your products vegan?

We define vegan as products that do not contain ingredients sourced from animals. Our products are vegan with the exception of the following: Lavender & Avocado Intensive Conditioner (honey), Hair Paste (honey), Hair Pomade (beeswax), Honey & Hibiscus Hair Reconstructor (honey), Honey & Hibiscus Hair Reconstructing Shampoo (honey), and Lip Calm (beeswax).

Is your packaging recyclable?

Generally, our product packaging is recyclable. Check the recycled symbol and your local recycling company to determine how to recycle.

Are your products formulated with Parabens or Sodium Lauryl Sulfates?

No. John Masters Organics products are formulated without parabens and sodium lauryl sulfates.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All products have a shelf life of 3 years unopened. Once opened, we suggest using all products within 6 months.
