How do I sign up for theLoyalty Program?

When you access our website you will see at the bottom right corner a present icon. Click on that icon & it will bring you to our sign up page.

How can I view my account & redeem my points?

Please follow these steps given to access your account for visibility & on how to redeem points:

Step 1:Please sign in to your John Masters Organics account through our website.

Step 2:To view your profile and rewards available, click the present icon on the bottom right hand side of the page. Note, you must be logged into your John Masters account to see your available points.

Step 3: Select ways to redeem. You will receive 3 points for every $1 spent on our website and can redeem points after you have accumulated at least 100 points. 100 points = $1.00 reward.

Step 4: Select redeem, and choose how many points you would like to use towards your order. Please note, you can only redeem rewards in increments of 100. Once selected, a coupon code will be generated and can be added to your order in the code section on the checkout page. You will also be emailed the coupon code to your email on file with your John Masters Account.

Step 5: Enjoy the rewards!

Howmuch is shipping?

John Masters Organics offers freeshipping on all US website orders over $25. No promotion code is required andfree shipping credit will be added automatically when $25+ is added to the cart. For orders under $25, a flat shipping fee of $5 will be applied at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders on Johnmasters.com are processed as quickly as possible, often within 48 hours. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number. Our orders ship from the West Coast and typically take 2-7 business days to be delivered once they have been processed and shipped out. Please note, the number of transit days is not guaranteed by UPS.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam will generally be sent using the U.S. Postal Service.

The selection of overnight, 2-day or 3-day shipping still requires standard processing time. Once processed and shipped out, it will arrive based on your shipping preference selection (two days, three days or overnight).

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If your product was damaged during delivery or is found to be defective, you may send it back, with receipt, within 10 days for exchange. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Please contact customer service before returning any item.

Can I order products outside of the U.S.?

This website does not accept international orders. Fortunately, we have distributors across the globe who sell our products. For availability in your area, please visit our store locator here.

Are your products certified organic?

All of our products meet the more than 70% organic content threshold established by the USDA’s National Organic Program for Cosmetics, Body Care Products and Personal Care Products for the “Made with Organic Ingredients” labeling category. Products that contain 95% or more organic content display the USDA certified organic seal on the bottle.

Are your products tested on animals?

None of our ingredients or products are tested on animals and we are recognized by PETA.

Are your products vegan?

We define vegan as products that do not contain ingredients sourced from animals. Our products are vegan with the exception of the following: Lavender & Avocado Intensive Conditioner (honey), Hair Paste (honey), Hair Pomade (beeswax), Honey & Hibiscus Hair Reconstructor (honey), Honey & Hibiscus Hair Reconstructing Shampoo (honey), and Lip Calm (beeswax).

Is your packaging recyclable?

Generally, our product packaging is recyclable. Check the recycled symbol and your local recycling company to determine how to recycle.

Are your products formulated with Parabens or Sodium Lauryl Sulfates?

No. John Masters Organics products are formulated without parabens and sodium lauryl sulfates.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All products have a shelf life of 3 years unopened. Once opened, we suggest using all products within 6 months.
